If you have questions about the PIVOT Visa Card program, you can contact Customer Support at 1-866-233-3658 from 7 am to 12 am EST, 7 days a week.

If you need assistance with account related questions or reporting your card lost or stolen, requesting a replacement card, Account Specialists are available to assist with your calls from 9 am to 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Please note, to report your card lost or stolen, you may sign into your PIVOT Card account and select the Report Lost/Stolen option on the My Profile page. This change will suspend your card and initiate a replacement card request for you.

You may also contact Customer Support via e-mail: PIVOTCustomerservice@mypivotcard.ca. Please include the following information with your email request:

  • Your first and last name
  • Best phone number and email address to reach you at
  • Description of your request
  • Your card proxy number starting with 435 found on the back of your card, if available, to help us locate your account more quickly
  • Any copies of receipts and documentation or system error messages you are receiving to help expedite our research for your question.
  • If you are following up on a previously submitted case, the case ID number.
